Re:List

Your e-mail address is requested if you want to use the cloud synchronization feature by signing in. If signed-in, a unique user ID (user UID) is also created to associate your account with the data you create and save in the app. No other data is permanently stored or linked to you. Anonymous app usage and crash statistics are collected to analyze problems with Re:List (only when signed-in) and provide the best possible user experience.

How do we store your data (and how can it be deleted)?

We do not directly store any personal data on our servers or permanent data storage devices, unless you disclose any information to us via e-mail. E-Mails are permanently and securely stored on our mail server until you request their deletion. However, some of your data is stored on third party servers. Please find the details in the following sub-sections.

Re:List

When signed in, Re:List stores your e-mail and user UID as well as possibly any information you provide via the app or selected sign-in method on a secure cloud server in Western Europe (Cloud Firestore location: eur3 (europe-west)). For more information, please visit https://firebase.google.com/terms/ and https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. If you want to delete your Re:List account and data, you can do so easily from within the app [just navigate to Settings and at the bottom click "Delete Account" and confirm the deletion when prompted]. Otherwise, you can also write an email to info@epj-apps.com. Your data will be deleted within one month.

How do we safeguard your information?

Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure minimum data security. We will implement the required safety measures to guarantee that your data will always be secured by current standards. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access or abuse our website, databases or services, and we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent such access. Any data stored on servers of third parties is subject to their respective data protection and safeguarding terms.
